We act as a Channel Partner (MahaRERA No: A52100034450). We are not the developer/promoter of 108 Tower. Our role is to facilitate information sharing, site visits, and support during the enquiry process.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices mentioned on the website are starting prices and do not include taxes, stamp duty, or registration charges. Unit availability is subject to change at the developer's discretion.

5. Communication Consent
